Katariina Libe has worked as both an actress and a journalist and is currently a freelance writer. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Acting from the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre and a Master’s degree in Contemporary Media from the Baltic Film, Media and Arts School (BFM).
Libe is the author of several novels, children’s books, short stories, and stage plays. As a screenwriter, she created the Elisa original series Perfect Girlfriend and co-created the TV3 series The Lying Club with Reeli Reinaus. She also wrote the screenplay for the Go3 series Padjaklubi in Spain.
She is the winner of the 2026 Estonian Screenwriters’ Guild Script Competition in the TV Series category.
